The Role

We are hiring an Operations Lead who thrives in high-performance environments and can run complex processes with precision. This is not a back-office role, it’s a mission-critical seat where execution, learning speed, and ownership define success.

You will:

• Drive customer operations with a white-glove, no-slip standard.
• Structure and coordinate custom fundraising and equity contracts.
• Oversee onboarding of cap tables and agreements with speed and accuracy.
• Assist SEC filings with external filing agents.
• Own customer payment workflows across fiat and crypto.
• Coordinate 409A valuations and related compliance processes.
• Surface insights from operations into product improvements.

Every task is tied to customers, regulation, and product. Precision matters, pace matters more.

What We’re Looking For

We want an A-Player who can combine operational discipline with startup velocity.

• High ownership: you don’t wait for direction, you drive outcomes.

Preferred Background

• Master, MBA or equivalent professional track record in fintech, legal ops, or startup operations.
• Prior exposure to fundraising, equity, or compliance-driven environments.
• Experience operating in fast-moving, high-stakes settings.
