Remote Web3 Internships

Tasks

In Human Resources you will be responsible for all topics related to HR within AMUZED.

You will:

• Plan & execute the hiring strategy in coordination with our executives
• Make sure to help recruit a talented & motivated team that fits well with our company's people mentality
• Draft, publish & supervise job announcements on relevant platforms
• Reach out to promising candidates proactively based on certain criteria
• Create our own talent pool of promising candidates
• Own all steps of the recruiting process: From contracting to onboarding and employee data file setup, you will assist the employee being ready on his/her Working Day 1
• Be the first contact to applicants: You will be responsible for the initial selection process
• Network and acquire new business relationships within our broad network of experienced founders and investors and work together closely with them

Requirements

You should bring:

• First professional or entrepreneurial experience in HR, marketing, startups or any type of job with a lot of exposure to people in general
• Still studying or recently finished a degree in economics/finance, business administration, psychology, HR or other relevant areas
• Team-player and ability to collaborate successfully on a common vision
• "People skills": You should immediately get a sense of a candidate's motivation and fit into the company within your first conversation
• Intrinsic motivation to learn and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
• Passion for the music industry and interest in innovations in tech and particularly the NFT space
• Strong communication/negotiation skills
• (Native) Fluency in English, German and fluency in any additional language is a big plus
• Availability to start within the next 3 months in our offices in Berlin
