Analog is building a true Layer-0 blockchain network that ushers in the omnichain future, secured with the Proof-of-Time consensus mechanism. Backed by world-class investors, our vision is to facilitate the seamless communication of event data between decentralized applications (DApps) across different chains. We are a non-hierarchical team seeking a highly experienced Web3/Crypto Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team.
As a Marketing Manager at Analog, you will play a front-facing role in shaping our community, driving partnerships, and building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders in the Web3 space. This role requires an individual with proven experience in executing high-impact campaigns, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering community growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategize and Execute: Lead and contribute to the community marketing strategy to build an engaged and informed community of developers and users.
- Build Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and other blockchain projects to expand Analog’s reach and reputation.
- Campaigns and Promotions: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, user growth, and loyalty. Collaborate with external partners to amplify campaign impact.
- Content Leadership: Oversee content creation across blogs, social media, community AMAs, and public relations efforts (e.g., press, speaking engagements, conferences). Ensure consistent and compelling messaging that aligns with Analog’s vision.
- Community Engagement: Build and optimize a vibrant community experience by creating engaging onboarding journeys and retention campaigns. Empower community leaders to enhance value through the Community Ambassadors program.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a visible representative of Analog by participating in industry events, webinars, and speaking engagements.
- Analytics and Feedback: Analyze community feedback and campaign performance data to translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Growth and Retention: Develop innovative strategies to increase user adoption and maintain high retention rates. Continuously educate and engage the community.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align marketing efforts with product updates and company goals.
- Support PR: Partner with public relations teams to craft compelling narratives about Analog’s mission, vision, and offerings.
About You
- Experience: Preferably 3+ years in a similar role, focusing on community engagement, partnership campaigns, and influencer/KOL collaboration. Experience in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 space is highly desirable.
- Partnership Expertise: Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with KOLs, partners, and collaborators in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Blockchain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 landscape.
- Skills: Strong communication, social media marketing, and campaign management skills. Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proactive Attitude: Friendly, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Global Perspective: Experience working with diverse, global teams and communities is a plus.
