Web3 Marketing Manager- Brazil

Compensation: $21k - $54k estimated

The Head of Marketing Operations will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire marketing operations function. This individual will manage a team of marketing performance analysts, quality assurance specialists, and event coordinators, ensuring that all marketing activities are executed efficiently and effectively. The Head of Marketing Operations will act as the central hub for all marketing processes, liaising with various internal departments to drive alignment, enhance performance, and support the broader marketing strategy.   Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management

Lead and manage a team of marketing performance analysts, quality assurance specialists, and event coordinators. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team. Ability to effectively scale up and hire talent for more marketing operational needs.

Marketing Performance and Analytics 

Oversee the development and execution of marketing performance metrics, dashboards, and reports. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Quality Assurance

Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in marketing deliverables. Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Cost Optimization

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the marketing function without compromising quality or effectiveness. Work closely with finance and procurement to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.

Event Coordination:

Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing events, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and brand messaging. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional attendee experiences.

Service Centre for Marketing

Serve as the service center for the entire marketing function, providing support, resources, and guidance to all marketing teams. Streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies across all marketing activity.

  Work experience and skills Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Proven experience in quality assurance, cost optimization, and event coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
