Web3 Marketing Operations Manager

TRON is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager passionate about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team. This role will involve building multi-channel campaigns and digital funnels that drive attendance for events and generate sponsorship leads. The ideal applicant will be an excellent communicator, self-motivated and will have strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of current web3.0 event trends and developer community events.

You will:

• Work with the marketing operations team to execute top-tier events/conferences activations at Web3.0 conference and hackathon events
• Facilitate developer community workshop with the TRON ecosystem dev team
• Make sure all onsite activations are implemented according to the contract
• Communicate with TRON social media team to spread awareness for our events
• Draw impactful conclusions and alter marketing tactics by actively monitoring campaigns and taking the lead on tracking KPIs
• Through events research and analysis, develop the organization’s understanding of the consumer and competitors to identify new growth opportunities and develop new business strategies
• Manage company merchandise logistics and inventory
• Liaise in between US and APAC teams

• Industry knowledge of Web3, blockchain, DeFi and/or cryptocurrency
• Minimum 2 years of events experience acquired in a corporate, entertainment, tech, or startup environment
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic company
• Strong ability to demonstrate initiative, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure
• Must be able to travel within north America as needed
• Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a plus

The estimated salary range for this job is: $90K - $100K
