Concept Art House is looking for an Art Director who will be managing internal and external art teams, leading art direction, and maintaining art asset development for NFT products and games. You will be responsible for driving creative ideation sessions with partners, clients, project stakeholders, and studio leadership. Your core duty will be ensuring high-quality art is achieved. What you will do

• Provide artistic and creative leadership on Blockchain games and NFT related products but not limited to games, sports, music, art, and other collectibles
• Solve problems, balance priorities, and find creative solutions to achieves high-quality results
• Lead creative ideation sessions to standardize art >
• Establish trust and credibility with studio leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, game design, and production teams
• Coordinate and delegate art tasks with artists based globally around the world
• Organize and track art tasks using standard project management tools
• Document clear and concise visual and technical guidelines (>
• Stay up to date with latest video game development and NFT innovations
• Create high-quality art assets when needed

What skills you will need

• Minimum 5 years of art production leadership experience
• A thorough understanding of 2D and 3D art, animation, and VFX pipelines
• A high-level understanding of crypto art, NFTs, and blockchain technology
• Strong ability to write documentation for a team and apply it into the art production pipeline
• Proven proficiency in current 2D and 3D production software including Photoshop, Blender, Maya, or equivalent software
• Knowledge of standard game development tools like Unity and Unreal is a major plus
• Successfully shipped a sports title a major plus
• Very strong communication and collaboration skills, detail oriented and able to provide constructive feedback
• Confidence and ownership in meeting with clients and partners and guiding them through bringing their creative visions to reality
• Ability to thrive in a fast pace, high growth environment
