OP Labs is looking for an NFT Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for the growth of the NFT ecosystem through identifying, establishing, and managing partnerships with key players in the NFT ecosystem. In this role, you are the closest ally to our top tier partners and understand their needs and what Optimism can provide to make them successful. You’ll also enable NFT growth by being the conduit between cross functional teams like developer relations, product, and marketing as the subject matter expert with the strongest pulse on the NFT space.

What are the role responsibilities?

• Develop and manage key partnerships with key players in the NFT ecosystem such as platforms, wallets, creators, communities, and collectors
• Play a key role in collaborating with cross functional teams to design and execute on NFT growth strategies that align with the company’s top line goals
• Understand partner’s needs and challenges and deliver unique, value add solutions that help the partner grow
• Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and achievement of KPIs
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities

• Deeply passionate and knowledgeable about the NFT ecosystem. Has a pulse on the trends and happenings in the space
• Business acumen and ability to identify, pursue and close complex partnerships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
• Ability to present and speak to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
