What We're Building

Zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) are critical to the future of blockchain scaling, interoperability, and privacy, but are too complex for most developers today. Succinct’s mission is to make ZKPs simple and accessible for all builders.

Our core product is SP1, a breakthrough zkVM (zero-knowledge virtual machine) that enables developers to generate ZK proofs from normal code (like Rust) with state-of-the-art performance.

To support SP1, we’ve built the Succinct Prover Network -- a protocol on Ethereum that coordinates a decentralized network of provers for universal ZK proof generation. This lets developers outsource proving to a global, competitive marketplace of provers.

Our infrastructure is already in production with many of the best teams in crypto:

  • Polygon is using SP1 to build AggLayer and Katana

  • Celestia and Avail use our network to secure Ethereum bridges

  • Mantle ($2B TVL) is using it to become the world’s largest ZK Layer 2

  • And many more, including Celo, Interchain (IBC V2), Hibachi, Lido, Galxe, Taiko, Sovereign, and others

zkVMs are now a key part of Ethereum’s scaling roadmap, and Succinct is at the forefront -- delivering real-world impact, meaningful revenue, and some of the most technically ambitious work in ZK.

We’ve raised $55M across Seed and Series A from Paradigm, and we're a small, high-performing team focused on building deeply technical products with real-world adoption.

The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to help strengthen Succinct’s relationships with customers, drive post-sale engagement, and support revenue expansion across our ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that combines operational excellence with customer empathy. You’ll ensure every partner and customer feels connected, supported, and informed — from day-to-day communication to strategic renewals and new opportunities.

You’ll work cross-functionally with BD, engineering, and marketing to make sure our customers have what they need to succeed: the right content, context, and care. From managing updates and gifting programs to building structured relationship cadences, you’ll play a key role in how Succinct retains and grows its most important accounts.

In this role, you will

  • Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and up-to-date on Succinct’s roadmap and progress

  • Partner with BD and product teams to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (eg. new integrations or products)

  • Develop and operationalize Succinct’s post-sale engagement strategy – including customer updates, events, gifting, and feedback loops

  • Use CRM and analytics tools to track customer health, engagement, and renewal status, surfacing insights that inform account strategy and sales priorities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create enablement materials that help strengthen customer understanding and adoption

  • Build a foundation for scalable customer enablement operations as Succinct’s ecosystem and client base continue to grow

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success, or relationship management within crypto, fintech, or B2B SaaS

  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys staying close to customers and understanding their evolving needs

  • Proven ability to operationalize engagement programs (updates, events, gifting, communications) with measurable impact on retention or expansion

  • Skilled in using CRM systems and analytics to track account activity, engagement, and pipeline opportunities

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to coordinate across BD, marketing, and engineering teams

  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful – thrives in fast-paced environments with a high degree of ownership

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs, rollups, or blockchain infrastructure

  • Experience working directly with institutional or developer-facing customers in crypto

  • Strong network across the crypto ecosystem

  • Prior experience managing or building sales enablement systems from the ground up

Location

This role is remote-friendly with a preference for timezones with some overlap with PST (San Francisco). Our team is primarily based in San Francisco and works together in-person in an office. However, this particular role and team is remote-friendly and offers flexibility on location.
