An experienced PR professional with a passion for blockchain with killer instincts that is comfortable overseeing all communications aspects of the business, working closely with business and marketing to ensure that we stay on message

• Everyone loves you: Seek integration and collaboration opportunities throughout the DeFi ecosystem.
• You are current: Use modern techniques and methods of modern communications delivery, to track campaign effectiveness
• You are quick: Seize opportunities within the DeFi and financial sectors, including news, collaborations to tell a dynamic communications story
• You get the big picture: Align different teams to achieve our business goals

About the role:

• To define and lead our communications vision & strategy and build a strong set of capabilities that deliver upon the set strategic objectives and commercial targets.
• To develop and implement our PR & communications strategies to increase mindshare and put Pollen center place in the conversation
• To develop and maintain communications reporting to provide insight into the effectiveness of communications activities including performance tracking.
