Product Marketing Manager, Crypto Finance

Blockdaemon is hiring a Product Marketing Manager, Crypto Finance to drive the strategy and execution to support our institutional business specially for our crypto finance sector. This is a highly cross-functional and results driven role that will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with product, design, engineering, business development, and protocol specialists.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for product marketing and execution of a full marketing strategy serving our institutional customers
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to generate brand building and awareness with an eye for brand building
• Work with growth marketers to develop and deploy lead gen campaigns by understanding our product offerings and collaborating with internal key stakeholders
• Work closely with product to develop positioning and messaging and build a deep understanding of the customer journey, and optimize their experiences
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement presentations and marketing collateral
• Stay in tune with the latest updates through regular communication with customers, sharing their needs with the team
• Handle the full execution of product launches, on all communication fronts from content to PR to FAQ documentation
• Measure and share insights from analysis of data to drive product and marketing strategy

Skills and Required Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• 5+ years with relevant product marketing experience
• Understanding of blockchain protocols and broader cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Experience in a highly cross functional, data-driven role
• Attention to detail while being able to think and analyze holistically and at a high level
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
• Able to prioritize work, pivot as necessary and meet deadlines
• You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
