ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Sales Enablement Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and the various Product Marketing Managers to increase sales results and productivity by providing integrated content, training and coaching services for ConsenSys’ sales teams, partners and resellers, including the following:

  • Creation of sales collateral and sales training content
  • Onboarding and continuous learning programs for ConsenSys’ sales teams
  • Onboarding and continuous learning programs for ConsenSys’ system integrators and value added resellers
  • Ownership and implementation of the sales training program
  • Sales communications
  • Management of the repository of collateral, and user best practices
  • Measuring and reporting on sales enablement program success

You will act as the bridge between product marketing managers and the sales team, translating product messaging and objectives into effective product collateral and training. You will be the voice of product marketing for sales and partners, and inversely, share feedback from sales and partners back to product marketing. You will cultivate expertise on “blockchain for business”, decentralized finance, and the ever changing landscape of blockchain market opportunities. You will develop an in-depth understanding of how institutions and enterprises can use blockchain to reimagine a host of industries.

On a daily basis, you will support Product Marketing Managers in creating effective sales collateral consistent in branding and messaging, as well as facilitating training for the sales team and our partners and resellers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who is passionate about blockchain, the Ethereum ecosystem, and other Web3 decentralized technologies.

You have 4 years of experience in a sales enablement or product marketing role at a tech company, with a track record of outstanding achievements.

You have experience with enterprises, institutions, and developers, as target user segments.

You have excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills and are able to communicate effectively to a diverse audience with varying degrees of understanding of the ConsenSys products, blockchain, Ethereum, and decentralized finance. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with teams to make things happen.

You have a solid understanding of, and a keen eye for design. As such, you are able to replicate different branding guidelines for a variety of products and turn any deck into a professionally-looking, client-ready piece of collateral.

You have experience gathering and understanding customers’ business needs. You have demonstrated a high level of ownership in the way that you work with others.

Ideally, you have experience working in a startup environment where you have had to wear many hats at a time (and those hats may change periodically). You also have experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment and being the connective tissue between many different teams and collaborators.
