Bitcoin Depot (bitcoindepot.com) is the world’s leading cryptocurrency ATM network. Based in Atlanta, GA, our business, and our teams are rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager (SPMM) to join our dynamic Marketing team and help us Bring Crypto to the Masses™.

The SPMM will report to the Director of Marketing and lead our paid search, social media (both posts and paid advertising), targeted outbound emails, and data analysis functions of our customer acquisitions and retention pipeline. The SPMM has direct responsibility to develop, execute and optimize holistic, integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels using platforms that drive specific business objectives and revenue. This omni-channel marketer will also manage a team of professionals who work tirelessly to deliver on the before mentioned and help build out that team. Part strategy, part coach, part execution, this opportunity influences cross-functional leaders within Bitcoin Depot and is also responsible for developing the team’s performance marketing plans.

The successful candidate MUST have...

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field

• 8 - 12 years of related experience in a fast pace working environment (i.e., agencies)
• Deep experience with Google paid search, targeted emails, social media, and data analysis functions of the customer acquisitions and retention pipeline
• Strong work ethic (a “That’s not my job.” attitude will not work at Bitcoin Depot.)
• Experience with marketing automation providers

And it would be a big plus if you had any of these…

• MBA level education
• Cryptocurrency experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Slack, Google My Business, and/or Google Analytics
• Experience managing agency partner relationships
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Experience with managing a diverse, remote team

Position responsibilities:

• Own, plan and execute paid advertising on Google, social media, email, and SMS channels of customer acquisitions and retention pipeline to meet or exceed company targets
• Lead, hire, and train a team of paid search, target email, social media, and data analysis professionals who may work remotely or in Atlanta, GA
• Report on department KPIs that meet or exceed the benchmarks identified by yourself and marketing leadership
• Builds and executes Bitcoin Depot’s integrated omni-channel communication strategy on an annual and by initiative basis, understanding and aligning business objectives with business leaders across multiple functions, leveraging data to support the brand strategy and achieve key revenue targets
• Serves as lead performance marketing advisor to multiple business functions within Bitcoin Depot
• Builds the master performance marketing calendar for customer acquisitions and retention
• Works closely with the Marketing team to understand the customer and channel information and how it affects the performance marketing team
• Cascade performance marketing information throughout the Bitcoin Depot organization
• Own agency partner relationships for performance marketing and serve as their main point of contact
• Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, lodges, vendors, and industry professionals.
• Utilizes market and customer segmentation to ensure effectiveness of paid communication channels
• Reviews and analyzes performance marketing goals with key stakeholders.
• Identifies trends, patterns and correlations to develop actions with key stakeholders that will improve communication performance to meet goals.
• Utilization of data to drive your marketing decisions
• Assist in the development of internal processes that improves Marketing output
