Metagood is seeking a passionate marketer with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in brand building within the Web3/NFT space. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the narrative and drive engagement for our OnChainMonkey brand across various platforms. Bonus points if experienced in Bitcoin or the art industry.
Responsibilities
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Twitter and other social channels to increase brand visibility and sales
- Lead communications initiatives within our community, fostering engagement and maintaining a positive brand presence
- Develop and manage compelling content and storytelling strategies that align with the OnChainMonkey brand
- Work with creators to create engaging video content and episodic storytelling content
- Organize regular Spaces, collaborating with other hosts and planning content to drive conversation and interaction
- Develop a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy, including messaging guidelines and outreach tactics to amplify brand messaging
- Craft and schedule tweets for official Twitter accounts
- Curate and write quarterly newsletters to keep external parties informed and engaged
- Draft press releases on a quarterly basis to announce major updates and milestones
- Contribute to the creation of social content (e.g., memes) to enhance brand identity
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to quickly iterate on strategies and adapt to evolving market trends and community preferences
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging content
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Web3 and NFT market and our target audience
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions
- Self-starter, able to digest rapidly changing information and clarify the message for target audience
- Preferably, is already familiar with the OnChainMonkey community, and understands the OCM ecosystem, history, and goals
- U.S.-based time zones preferred.

$80,000 - $130,000 a year
This is a U.S.-based salary range that may vary based on individual experience, skills, and level, and excludes benefits and equity compensation.
