• What will you be working on?
• Communicate regularly and work closely with People team to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
• Design and implement compelling People-oriented campaigns and brand experiences aligned with the Kronos/WOO values.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to guarantee that our brand voice is woven into the right channel strategy, content planning, event planning, thought leadership, and engagement campaigns.
• Create and executive social branding content on our channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium.
• Managing all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post event follow up
• Have strong familiarity with design best practices and tools, effective presentations, marketing and engagement campaign strategy, content and social plays, and measuring for success.
• Support the creation of unique segment candidate journeys and experiences that generate brand loyalty
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring the roadmap stays aligned with organization objectives.
