Data Mynt, a venture backed provider of stable crypto checkout, payment and point of sale services for sellers, merchants and platforms globally, is hiring a marketing & partnerships leader.

What you'll do
-Hands on to identify, reach, communicate value, and close client members and partners
-Own and execute implementation of marketing and partnership strategy along with associated metrics and goals
-Own media strategy & execution including paid, earned, and social
-Drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging, positioning, and PR strategies
-Scale product marketing efforts globally by operationalizing resources such as playbooks and activations for partners
-Educate & activate new merchant, seller and platform partners for Data Mynt merchant services
-Campaign and advertising experience

What you'll bring:
-5+years combined marketing, PR & partnerships experience delivering highly successful engagement strategies
-Global executive experience
-Early stage startup experience building and leading
-Strong experience in B2B2C merchant services and payments
-Self driver who can dive deep into complex problems and drive a team to deliver solutions
-Excellent leadership and team management skills
-Relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal subject-matter experts and external member partners & customers
-Someone who is obsessed about their stakeholders and can anticipate their needs
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience landing new partners and merchants
-Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, ability to use data to quickly prioritize activities for alignment with business strategy
-An "owner" personality: You're biased toward action, a great collaborator and a master simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery, and you always persevere.
-You can also play copywriter and know good work when you see it.
-Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and seek something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.

Nice to have
-Experience with card network (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ISO, payment processor or similar organization
-Finger-tippinesses with data: You just get the data you need and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to use data to make decisions and drive growth, and have a deep understanding of complex experimentation, including multivariate creative testing.
-Outstanding at market research: You’re a truth-seeking missile. You know your market, customers and competition better than anyone, and you integrate this information into your growth strategies.
-Scary-good at articulating the essence of products and the value they build. You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan.
