Responsibilities - Acquire, analyze, and predict trends in compensation data relevant to our industry and roles. - Help us make informed decisions about our Total Rewards philosophy. - Design, implement, and continuously evolve our Total Rewards program, communication, and tools. 

Desired Experience - Solid experience (5 years) with benefits & compensation, including benchmarking tools - A love for data and spreadsheets :) - Strong research skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Solid 1:1 and 1:many communication skills (active listening, concise/clear ability to convey technical info in practical terms) - Ability to solve new/unfamiliar problems creatively and flexibly - Ability to work quickly and prioritize
