As a UX Copywriter, you are a storyteller. You’ll use your gift for language and expertise in crypto to help us shape cohesive narratives spanning across multiple platforms and touch points. Your words will actively contribute to the excitement about our products. You’ll apply your user-centered product writing skills to all elements of product design, with a focus on clarity, coherence, quality, accessibility, and global relevance.

Job responsibilities:

• You’ll use your writing and editing skills to create UI copy that facilitates user navigation, onboarding, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.
• You’ll strive to establish a unified voice across products and platforms.
• You’ll be an active partner in design and a committed user advocate.
• You’ll work with designers directly on wireframes and prototypes.
• You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to maintain a consistent and accessible user-focused language across platforms.
• You’ll ensure consistency with company standards while finding opportunities to innovate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to explain what separates good UX writing from bad.
• Knowledge of, and interest in, blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Experience in shaping content for crypto/web3 projects.
• Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and explain them to others.
• Ability to give and receive thoughtful feedback.
