WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead internal data driven projects, overseeing a Data Science team that’s primary focus will be on-chain data & analytics.
- Create and run viral campaigns to capture wide audiences on Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and other platforms to target both individual and institutional investors.
- Collaborate with marketing to analyze investor sentiment on current products, and future projects that are coming down the pipeline.
- Find creative ways of using data to help drive awareness/interest of Avalanche and it's ecosystem partners through social media campaigns (TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, etc.)
- Analyze data and track metrics to optimize campaigns and ads
- Leverage modern marketing tools and automate your process to scale
- Mentor fellow team members in your SME areas
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- BS in Computer Science or a mathematics related discipline
- 7+ years of hands on professional experience
- 5+ years of leading multidisciplinary and collaborative teams in a global/distributed capacity
- In depth knowledge of cryptocurrency, DeFi, blockchain marketplaces and ecosystems
- Some working knowledge of growth marketing, developing campaigns/viral social media strategies using data.
- Thinks strategically with regard to content, messaging, strategy, narrative and storytelling
- Mastery of modern Data Science tools and languages.
- Expert level knowledge of blockchain media outlets and forums
- Data driven and quant focused
- Able to automate tasks and campaign process flows
