Responsibilities
- Perform accounting operations
- Expense reimbursement and payment review, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure a smooth closing of accounts and timely reporting of financials
- Prepare monthly accounting schedules, journal entries and reconciliation
- Work closely and supports the intercompany team
- Provide support in process and system enhancements
- Perform ad-hoc assignments/duties as required
Requirements
- Possesses Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
- Has at least 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably started their career in an audit environment
- Ability to identify the control weaknesses on daily operations and implement process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Adept in MS Excel
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
