Purpose of the Role:

You are a hungry, energetic and execution-driven specialist for paid ads in marketing. You will design, develop and monitor digital media buying campaigns across search engines, social media, ad networks and others. and report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. You will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO Manager in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic and customers for various of our platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee the execution across paid marketing campaigns including Paid Social, SEM, Display, retargeting and influencer marketing in order to gain new customers across all group brands
  • Achieve maximum ROI in paid marketing campaigns using analysis of data
  • Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth
  • Work with design teams, content writers, and agencies to create dynamic landing pages and assets for paid campaigns
  • Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and growth channels
  • Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth
  • Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability
  • Continuously optimize via A/B tests, exploring the sentiment, collecting and measuring customer feedback from the customer support department
  • Advise and guide departments and business lines on budget allocation and best practice recommendations for their respective needs
  • Research and analyze competitor paid marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of B2C growth marketing experience with strong background in digital ad campaign management ideally at a Fintech, crypto or blockchain company
  • 2+ years hands-on SEM and budget management experience for CPC, CPM and CPA campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, and best practices.
  • Execution oriented mindset - unprecedented drive to get things done.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing٫ conversion٫ and online customer acquisition
  • Experienced in engagement motivation with text and imagery
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures
  • Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible
  • Mastery of analytics tools, attribution systems and data visualization tools including Google Analytics, MixPanel or Tableau
  • Stays up to date on latest growth hacking trends, new social and community platforms, and emerging best practices.
