Role Overview

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team to develop and manage the company’s brand, corporate image, and reputation. You would act as the gatekeeper to ensure everything we do is ‘on brand’ to provide a consistent message, voice, look and feel to our target audience and the general public. You would be joining the company at an important milestone, playing a crucial role in the transformation from a crypto derivatives exchange to something bigger by adding five new global business segments: Spot, Brokerage, Custody, Information Products and Academy.

Responsibilities

  • Brand positioning/brand awareness (image, storyline, identity)
  • Group brand management and development
  • Sponsorship identification, activation & management (evaluate benefits, engage, execute, maintain and develop relationship with partners, manage sponsored campaigns, manage partner content campaign, discuss potential cross-selling benefits in close coordination with Affiliate Partner Manager & Sales / BD)
  • Brand ambassador identification and management
  • Industry events management
  • Support employer brand development and support our talent and recruitment team on attracting high calibre candidates

Qualifications

  • 7+ years brand management experience, preferably in the fintech space
  • Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry
  • An exceptionally strong communicator, both written and oral
  • Proven track record of devising and delivering marketing campaigns with measurable impact
  • Strong team player and project manager, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
  • Ability to interpret data & turn into actionable insights, working with our data analytics team
  • Ability to find the right tone of voice for different audiences within the community
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and multi-tasking environment
