Role Overview
As a member of our rapidly growing marketing team, you will be responsible for creating cross-functional and high-quality digital user experiences, bringing ideas to life in the form of sketches, concepts, high-level prototypes and detailed user interface designs. You will also be validating if the concepts and solutions delivered by internal teams or vendors meet the desired user experiences. The aspiration is to define experiences that will maximize consumer engagement, conversion and advocacy for our brands.
Working in close collaboration with our Web Developers and Tech Team you will leverage your in-depth knowledge to create consistent experiences end-to-end and to consult stakeholders on User Centric Thinking.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the head of experience
- Conduct and maintain analyses of competitor websites and evolving user interfaces
- Develop and maintain knowledge base of current UI / UX trends in Crypto & Trading website environment
- User research, data, and best practices to form and validate your solutions
- Create optimal user and customer journeys
- Create designs and key milestone deliverables
- Coordinate with product owners to create and maintain a constituent, intuitive and user journey specific UX and UI across all platforms, optimizing navigation, minimal clicks and page refreshes for current task
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps
- Create mock-ups and interactive prototypes to solve challenging CX problems and present the vision to stakeholders
- Objectively evaluate and refine concepts based on learnings from user testing validation
- Assist performance marketing with graphic and creative content
Qualifications
- Business or Marketing Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in Retail Digital, Retail Marketing and/or Digital Marketing/IT
- 2+ years working with global markets, or 2+ years in a key market
- 2+ years project or process management experience (beneficial)
- Deep knowledge in retail digital & technical innovations, combining theoretical with practical experience
- Strong organisation skills and flexibility
- Specialist in technical/digital skills
- Experience in digital and/ or eCommerce environment
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your attention to details and problem solving.
- Valid experience in growing high volume and high-demand (hype) businesses and achieving bottom line results in a commercial world.
- Good level of knowledge on CRM and/or digital marketing
- Experience in working with Illustrator and other relevant wireframing tools
- Deep understanding of the native apps environment, GUI (screen layouts and composition)
- Very good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Consistency across designs while maintaining a creative approach
- Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for user-centered design
- People management skills are a big plus
