Responsibilities:

• One of your key responsibilities is to maintain our Discord channel to communicate with our members in Crypto.com Research Wizard Programme
• You seed content and discussions in the user communities to keep them active and valuable
• You build relationships with influencers and key voices in the community
• You constantly feed the team with documented user feedback collected from user communities.
• Wearing different hats within the research team: Editing, Graphics Design and Operations

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in community management and building (Discord – as an administrator)
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto/blockchain space
• You are fluent in English and ideally at least one other language
• Ready to work independently and remotely (from any location) in Asia Pacific time zone
• Familiarity with other online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• [PLUS] A track record of a stable career in the past
• [PLUS] Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma is an advantage
• [PLUS] 2-3 years of experience working in an Editorial or Operations support/management capacity
• [PLUS] With a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree from a reputable university
