About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide a range of core support services to the Talent Acquisition team, playing a key role in the success of the organization by assisting with onboarding documentation, background checks, job postings, providing candidates with first day instructions, and other Talent Acquisition related tasks. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also serve as an advocate for Crypto.com by providing high-quality and welcoming experiences to each candidate and new hire.

The position requires the ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with Talent Acquisition/Recruitment teams and be passionate about maintaining culture, values, and a positive employee experience while creating scalable practices and delivering on the administration of all aspects of the hiring lifecycle. They will own end-to-end processes, should view no task as too small and be eager to learn multiple aspects of people operations. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization. We are looking for someone who exudes our core values and can balance the need for building operational efficiency with the importance of creating a positive and memorable experience for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all Talent Acquisition data bases with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams as necessary (Payroll, HR, Benefits, IT, etc.).
  • Own the new-hire process including initiating background checks, gathering required documents (I-9, W-4, direct deposit), ordering of equipment, ensuring new-hires have access to the required internal systems, and other related tasks.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for improving candidate/new-hire experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in tracking recruiting activities and updating reports.
  • Provide ad hoc support as requested by Recruiters and/or HR Leaders.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Talent/Recruiting Coordinator or related role preferred.
  • Experience in a lean, fast-paced environment a plus – ideally in support of a fast-growing organization.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workable or Lever preferred).
  • Team player with a positive, flexible, and resilient attitude with a “team first” mentality.
  • Sound judgment, ethics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech savvy with familiarity scheduling via Google calendar (and using G-suite products).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail and focus on data integrity and strong critical evaluation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
