Role Summary As a Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you develop and manage relationships for incubated DeFi projects and help them to grow the protocol ecosystem and user base by driving partnerships and business development. You identify and execute outreach to potential partners, manage incoming partnership requests, and act as point of contact throughout the partner onboarding process and maintain relationships. You assess and monitor key metrics of the DeFi protocols and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives. You work with cross-functional teams in order to orchestrate various support channels: yield incentive programs, user acquisition incentives, technical support, product composability construction, marketing support, and other partner introductions.
