The Role: Analyst, University Programs
Weâre looking for a motivated and detail-oriented University Programs Analyst to help deliver a world-class internship experience. This person will play a vital role in supporting the design, logistics, and delivery of Geminiâs university and early career programs. As the University Programs Analyst, youâll support Geminiâs internship and co-op programs from start to finishâhelping us identify top talent, create unforgettable experiences, and strengthen our brand on campuses across the country. Youâll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams to deliver seamless hiring and onboarding processes while ensuring our interns have a meaningful, world-class experience.
Youâll also help organize campus events and represent Gemini at career fairs and university engagements. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1â2 years of experience whoâs eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about Web3 and the future of digital assets.
This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full lifecycle of Geminiâs internship and co-op programsâfrom recruitment through off-boarding.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage hiring logistics and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation to help interns integrate seamlessly into the Gemini team.
- Plan and execute intern events, learning sessions, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a world-class intern experience.
- Track program data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Help coordinate and attend campus recruiting events, information sessions, and career fairs (requires ~10% travel).
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to every projectâhelping to strengthen Geminiâs presence in the early talent and Web3 ecosystems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent development, or event coordination.
- Passion for the Web3, blockchain, and digital asset spaceâand excitement to help others explore it.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to travel (~25%) for campus and recruiting events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or university programs (including internships, campus ambassador work, or student leadership).
- Experience using ATS or CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Familiarity with the university recruiting landscape or campus events at fintech or tech companies.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $67,500 - $90,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidateâs compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
In the United States, we offer a hybrid work approach at our hub offices, balancing the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Expectations may vary by location and role, so candidates are encouraged to connect with their recruiter to learn more about the specific policy for the role. Employees who do not live near one of our hubs are part of our remote workforce.
