The Sui ecosystem has been experiencing spectacular DeFi growth both in terms of TVL and the trading volumes. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DeFi Engineer to propel our journey further. You will play a pivotal role in defining, designing and implementing native Sui protocols. ​​You'll not only contribute to our product development but also shepherd the growth of the larger ecosystem, collaborating with our engineering, economics, and data science teams. Your industry experience will be a key asset, complementing our existing team's expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable native DeFi protocols, integrating seamlessly with our current systems.

• Assistance with DeFi growth throughout a variety of product verticals.

• Stay ahead of DeFi and blockchain trends to ensure our technology is at the forefront of innovation.

• Foster relationships within the broader DeFi community to encourage collaborations and ecosystem growth.

What You'll Have::

• Proven experience in building financial products, with a solid understanding of both traditional finance and DeFi fundamentals.

• A passion for creating clean, reliable financial systems.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts.

• Experience with a programming language such as Rust, C/C++, Go, Typescript

• Experience with backend systems and scaling high throughput applications

• Experience with building user-facing products

• A passion for continuously improving infrastructure

• We especially encourage engineers that fulfill some of the above with no prior experience of working on blockchain technologies
