About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced office coordinator to support us with the search for new office premises and ensure the smooth set up. Our growing team will benefit from your support not only with the office management but also with administrative and HR related tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Office Management

  • Helping out with our office search, set up and overall office management
  • Management of office supplies
  • Reception duties (once the office is up and running)
  • Being the first point of contact for in-person and via phone/email enquiries
  • Organisation of internal events and meetings
  • Managing agendas, keeping meeting notes
  • Supporting travels and accommodation bookings

Admin Support:

  • Support for HR admin tasks related to onboarding/offboarding process
  • Recruitment support (coordinating interviews)
  • Keeping employees and company records up-to-date
  • Invoice submission

What We Look For In You:

  • Min. 2 years of office administration experience
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Gmail
  • Highly organised, ability to multi-task, deal with last minute changes and be proactive
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English at business level (other languages would be an asset)
