Responsibilities:

  • Be the front of the office, ensure the cleanliness within the office, assist visitor registration, handle office maintenances/pantry/stationery/cleaners, liaise with building management, meeting room booking, vendor management for office supplies and handle expenses payment
  • Cooperate with the team to complete the office daily administration matters, including facilities and equipment management, company asset and office supplies procurement, fixed assets management, etc
  • Cooperate with the team to organize internal activities and employee welfare
  • Assist in renovation and maintenance projects
  • Assist in handling business travels (if required)
  • Ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with experience in front desk / administrative work
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good at communication, willing to interact with internal employees to understand their needs
  • Independent, attentive to details and willing to learn
