Responsibilities
- Oversee organizations' computer systems/manage IT teams
- Maintain information systems and networks, upgrade and install new hardware and software
- Perform troubleshooting, back up data and manage network security
- IT HelpDesk for daily operations
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
- Creating user accounts and performing access control
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
- Basic knowledge of of IT security and will co-work with security team
Requirements
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
- Team leader works in growing company who required a management skill to handle a team
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of blockchain/crypto service or expertise in the online blockchain/crypto industry is a plus
