Responsibilities

• Define and lead the market expansion plan for LATAM market
• Ensure strong coordination with marketing, operation, and product team
• Build and lead local expansion team, align with the global growth and shape the team structure
• Manage the budget, and monitor the performance to meet the business goals
• Connect WOO Network team to local connections, and help the Venture team to build up local ecosystem

Requirement

• 3-5 years of crypto industry, or proven success in a similar role
• With the experience of leading growth for marketing or operation in LATAM
• Fluency in English is mandatory; bonus points for knowing other languages
