Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks.
  • Handle back office tickets and live chat, and provide 7/24 online enquiries and email replies services to customers.
  • Handling and examining customer complaints, special case requests and transferring them to the relevant department.
  • To be the first point of contact for users
  • Must have the ability of active hearing and pay attention to small details of each user
  • Answering frequently asked questions comes from customers and making sure to satisfy each user.
  • Manage KPI result, stay in performance metrics
  • Kyc from your country/language, Zendesk translations, emails, announcements translations
  • Monitor requests in social media (TG, Discord in your language)

Requirements

  • Crypto/trading experience
  • Ability to communicate accurately
  • Internal communication between departments
  • Ability to solve problems under time pressure
  • Willingness to grow, in our company you will find many paths for development
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • English and Russian/Ukrainian required
  • Content management experience will be a plus
