About the Opportunity:
Worldcoin's technology and products are ready to scale rapidly. We're gearing up for the global launch of our cryptocurrency and products this year! We are looking for a Head of Global Talent Acquisition to lead our massive scale-up and build a world-class recruiting machine and brand. This is an exciting opportunity to hire for and partner with multidisciplinary functions (we are a hardware + software + web3 company with components of a gig economy). In this role, you will:
- Partner closely with the senior level leaders at Worldcoin to achieve business objectives by building talent best practices and strategies to attract top talent
- Manage and build a growing team of recruiting leaders, recruiters, sourcers, talent coordinators and recruiting operations
- Lead strategic initiatives around building our global talent brand and reputation
- Develop, automate, and scale recruiting processes
- Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions on hiring
- Drive workforce and headcount planning as well as budgeting for your department
- Develop, own and deliver on diversity and sourcing strategies; continuing to grow our global workforce
About You:
The ideal Head of Global Talent Acquisition should thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proven track record in hiring and implementing recruiting processes and programs at scaling companies and/or startups globally.
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house technical recruiting experience preferred)
- Recruiting management experience; experience managing managers is a must
- Proven ability to hire top talent globally across Engineering, Product, Design and GTM in highly competitive markets
- Track record of implementing innovative strategies to increase pipeline and close rates
- Experience in data analytics and reporting
- You've already scaled a talent team and company through hyper-growth
- Passion for building inclusive and diverse teams
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and executive teams
