Description

Mobilum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time employee to be part of our marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, as the Marketing Manager, you’ll create, execute and plan marketing strategies across the entire organization.

What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

• Cultivate a strong understanding of the product spaces, including the unique needs and goals of target end-users in order to apply these insights in delivering highly-relevant campaign messaging
• Acquire new customers and consistently grow the user base and revenue in line with established goals
• Research and identify new channel opportunities for reaching target audiences
• Optimize user engagement flows to effectively address each stage of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to onboarding, activation, and retention
• Compile and analyze data metrics from various sources including Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools such as Clevertap
• Interpret metrics and present findings/strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop and test ad campaign creative working with both internal resources and our digital agency
• Collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as product, customer operations, and tech teams
• Support the CCO and Product Owner on the development and execution of various marketing projects including paid/organic social, SEM, ASO, SEO, influencer, and email marketing campaigns

What You'll Bring (ie. Job Requirements)

• Degree in Marketing or Business (4 year or MBA)
• 2-5 years of product/growth marketing for apps, ideally in a start-up environment (but not required)
• Experience and/or interest with fintech and cryptocurrency marketing is preferred
• Proven track record in scaling high-value customers and revenue
• Demonstrated experience in managing successful cross-channel digital marketing programs
• Strong acumen in architecting and executing effective engagement strategies that move the needle in terms of customer lifecycle management (i.e., onboarding > activation > retention > reactivation)
• Tenacious problem solver with deep analytical and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Hands-on proficiency in marketing automation and analytics platforms (experience with CleverTap a plus); ability to ramp up quickly on new platforms
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with leveraging relevant software tools as part of your day-to-day workflow
• Adaptable, fast learner with an eye for detail
• Last but not least: a sense of humor, positive “can-do” attitude, and fun to work with
