Our client is building a platform to make understanding your tax obligations simple and straightforward. They are focused on making it easier for cryptocurrency users to comply with local tax requirements.

Crypto taxes can be incredibly complex. As a support specialist, you will be responsible for guiding users and enabling them to self-serve.

What you will do:

    • Developing an understanding of the client's product and features.
    • Providing support to customers directly via Intercom and email to assist with queries about the platform.
    • Communicating thoughtful guidance to users on product features, suggesting helpful articles, and assisting them in resolving any L2 technical support issues.
    • Following company policies, guidelines and procedures.
    • Analyzing support queries to determine trends in user issues and frequently asked questions.
    • Liaising with senior team members to help users with technical issues and complex problems.
    • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
    • Going the extra mile to have a meaningful interaction with users.

Who you are:

    • Somebody with a strong interest in cryptocurrency or a willingness to learn.
    • Passionate about technology, startups, and potential opportunities.
    • Able to effectively resolve conflicts and manage users who are sometimes in frustrating situations.
    • An ability to consistently iterate, try new things, and a sense of determination.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
    • Experience in the finance or accounting industry is a plus.
