Opportunity:

Research & be a thought leader at defining web3 interaction design standards. Work directly with the CEO and own the complete design implementation. Work in an early-stage DeFi startup and with a team passionate about decentralised eco- system.

Core Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end user experience with the platform. Research current user journey in similar/competitive platforms, iterate and improve the design.

Work closely with the CEO to get the design right and share wireframes with the DEV team.

Create art layers to be created as utility NFTs. Be active on company forums & media platforms.

Requirements:

Knack for understanding how to make intuitive designs for a seamless user experience. Knowledge of tools: Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Canva Self-drive and Able to work proactively to build portfolio. Be enthusiastic about the scope of decentralised technologies.

Nice to Haves:

Prior Experience with web3 world (created sites/landing pages/NFT art, etc)
