Job Description

Kronos Research stands at the forefront of proprietary trading, elevating trading performance through its profound expertise in quantitative research. Driven by a fusion of rigorous research methodologies and advanced machine-learning techniques, we are revolutionizing the way trading is approached.

We are seeking a Director of Research to join our team. The successful individual has hands-on experience in quantitative research such as Alpha research, and a proven record in leading a quantitative research team and managing researchers. Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and implement alpha signals across the crypto market.
  • Lead and manage a team of quantitative researchers, fostering growth and productivity.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to shape and execute the research agenda.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in researching and developing market microstructure-based alpha signals for HFT strategies and/or trading signals for systematic trading strategies.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing quantitative research teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and manage a research agenda.
  • Proficiency in Python or C++ for quantitative analysis.
  • PhD in a related field is required.
