Job Overview

Responsible for the full life-cycle management of the exchange’s core trading products (spot, leveraged trading, API services, etc.). Deeply understand trading engine principles, liquidity mechanisms, and user behavior to design and optimize high-concurrency, low-latency trading systems. Drive platform trading volume, user engagement, and market competitiveness while ensuring asset security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Design & Iteration
• Lead functional design for core products such as spot and leveraged trading, including order book mechanisms, order types (limit/market/stop-loss), fee structures, and liquidity incentive programs.
• Drive feature expansion and performance optimization for trading APIs (FIX/REST/WebSocket) to support quant teams and market maker ecosystems.
• Design liquidity solutions (e.g., order routing, liquidity provider management) to integrate multi-regional market liquidity.
• Coordinate matching engine optimization (e.g., latency reduction, throughput enhancement) and collaborate with technical teams to enable high-frequency trading scenarios.
2. Market Analysis & Strategy
• Monitor product trends of leading exchanges (e.g., Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood), analyze user trading behavior data, and develop differentiated competitive strategies.
3. Risk Control & Compliance
• Build multi-layered risk control systems (self-trade prevention, abnormal pattern detection, circuit breaker mechanisms).
• Lead emergency response planning for trading incidents, refining real-time intervention and post-event analysis processes.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
• Partner with technical teams to deliver trading system development and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., geographical IP restrictions).
• Support operations teams in designing trading campaigns (e.g., first-trade rewards, trading competitions).

1. Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience
• 5+ years in trading system product management, with preference for Crypto exchanges, traditional brokerages, or high-frequency trading firms.
• Proficient in order book matching logic, liquidity pool management, and market depth optimization; experience designing high-concurrency systems (e.g., daily trading volume exceeding 1B+).
• At least one successful case of leading core trading features (e.g., leveraged trading launch, API performance upgrades).
3. Skills
• Deep understanding of Crypto markets, leveraged trading, arbitrage strategies, and market maker ecosystems.
• Familiarity with large-scale system architecture and end-to-end crypto derivatives exchange workflows.
• Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong industry, market, and competitor insights.
