Job Description: Full Stack Technical Lead

About the Role
You will help decide and drive decisions on things like authentication, database design, and all API integrations. We’re looking for someone that has faced these problems before and can contribute insight and experience to the team and also execute on all tasks at hand. Ideal candidates are comfortable touching various parts of a distributed system, as well as having intuition and opinions on how to design and improve relationships between systems and technology.
● Build and promote high-quality, scalable, full-stack solutions in React Native
● Push iOS and Android applications
● Interface with internal and external stakeholders to brainstorm and prioritize
feature development
● Work with internal and external engineering teams around code quality
● Delight a diverse, global audience with elegant, intuitive experiences

About You
● You have 4-6+ years of industry experience in full time or internship roles with various coding languages including but not limited to React Native, TypeScript, NextJS, and MySQL
● You are deeply curious about crypto, DeFi and B2C FinTech
● Experience with AWS
● You are a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently and
manage multiple projects under minimal supervision
● Self-driven to improve the product, beyond specified requirements

Bonus Points
● Have quantitative skills, knowledge or experience in finance is a plus
● Familiar with the Ethereum development ecosystem and Solidity
