About The Role đ¤:
As a Data Scientist at Immutable reporting to our Head of Data, youâll have the opportunity to support the growth of the Immutable Platform to ensure our Platform Growth team makes data-driven decisions. You would be able to do this by conducting quantitative analyses of user interactions, evaluating feature performance, and offering valuable recommendations to drive our growth.
Youâll Be Empowered To đŽ:
- Make data-driven decisions. You would ensure that these decisions are providing valuable insights and analysis across Growth, Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Take accountability for conducting quantitative research and analysing user interactions, identifying patterns and trends in order to inform and make strategic decisions
- Assess the success of various campaigns and product features, measuring effectiveness, and providing recommendations on optimisation to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives
- Implement predictive models to forecast user behaviour, inform product development, and drive growth marketing efforts
- Create visualisations and reports that effectively communicate findings and insights across Immutable
- Partner with various teams to ensure that data analysis and recommendations align with overall business strategy and objectives
We'd Love You To Bring đ¤:
- A Bachelorâs Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Data Science and working on data-driven projects, preferably in a product, platform, or marketing-led organisation
- Extensive expertise in SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
- A genuine interest or passion in crypto, NFTs, or games as this would assist you in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this space
- A curious and experimental mindset to continuously test and iterateY
- our passion and interest working in an environment with no set playbooks (ability to work autonomously with full ownership)
Bonus Points For â :
- Having experience using Looker as a data visualisation and business intelligence tool to create custom reports and dashboardsB
- eing familiar with monetisation strategies and design principles, particularly for digital products, platforms, or games
- Designing and implementing A/B tests to evaluate the impact of different features, designs, or strategies on user behaviour
- Having knowledge of behavioural psychology principles to understand user behaviour and motivations
