Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess existing web2 applications and systems to identify opportunities for transition and enhancement towards web3 technologies and principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans for web3 implementation.
• Conduct research on emerging web3 technologies, platforms, and trends, providing insights and recommendations to support the global project objectives.
• Assist the project owner in coordinating and managing project activities, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with the global team.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and address any concerns or issues.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies for integrating web3 concepts, such as blockchain, decentralized protocols, and smart contracts, into existing internet applications.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of web3 projects.
• Provide regular progress updates to the project owner and contribute to the development of project reports and presentations.Requirements:
• Proven experience as an operations specialist or similar role, preferably in the field of internet applications and web development.
• Strong understanding of web2 technologies, architecture, and concepts, as well as a solid grasp of web3 principles and technologies.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, decentralized platforms, smart contracts, and related concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a global team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management or supporting global projects.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
