Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for trading cryptocurrency options on platforms like Binance and Deribit. You will independently develop and manage trading strategies, and may also collaborate with our algorithmic trading team on the research and deployment of automated options strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cryptocurrency options trading strategies specifically on Binance and Deribit.
- Independently research, develop, and manage effective trading strategies tailored to crypto options.
- Collaborate with the algorithmic trading team on the research, design, and implementation of automated options trading strategies.
- Analyze market data and trends to identify profitable trading opportunities and refine strategies.
- Implement and optimize trading approaches using quantitative analysis.
- Manage trading risks effectively and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
- Utilize Python or similar programming languages to develop and enhance trading algorithms.
- Maintain detailed records of trades, performance metrics, and strategy modifications.
- Stay informed about market developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting cryptocurrency trading.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to design, develop, and test effective trading strategies.
- Proficient in navigating and managing complex risk management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with trading options.
- In-depth knowledge of crypto markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Capability to perform under pressure and adapt to evolving market conditions.
