Tatum is a rapidly growing startup, and we’re excited to hire an operator for our blockchain applications to join our remote-first team. We have created a platform that allows developers to integrate any of 40+ blockchains into their next generation of software in no time. Our development team plays a crucial part in designing, implementing and maintaining the applications powering the surging demand from leaders in gaming, banking, fintech, logistics and other industries.

Your responsibilities will be

• Keep running applications for blockchain companies
• Ensuring high-level availability solutions
• Monitoring related activities
• Opening and handling incidents
• Executing maintenance changes
• Keeping contact with devops team and customers / community
• Troubleshooting application problems and outages according to the documentation
• Solving simple service requests for the customers

You are looking for us, if You

• Are able to provide professional high quality support to customers in 24/7 shifts (12 hours)
• Have knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and/or working experience in IT operations
• Have knowledge of NodeJS based applications and APIs
• Have adequate communication skills, solution focused mind and strong team spirit
• Can communicate in English both spoken and written
• Like to cooperate in team
• Are open to continuously extend your professional skills
• Are interested in blockchain space

Advantages

• Cloud operation experience
• Basic networking backgrounds (TCP/IP)
• Basic database (NoSQL) knowledge
• Experience in application operation
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python or anything similar)
