Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• Demonstrated Community Management experience at a gaming, content or social media-related company, or commensurate Web3/NFT project community manager experience.
• Strong track record of success growing online communities from scratch
• Experience with platforms including Twitter, Reddit, Medium, Twitch, Discord Substack, Instagram, Youtube, and Podcasting
• Demonstrated ability to understand a complex technical subject matter and to simplify and explain it to a broader audience
• Confidence in working in a fast-paced environment; ability to deliver a quality product under time-bound and high stakes circumstances
• Ability to keep up to date with the latest news and discoveries in the blockchain and technology space
• Passion and understanding of the gaming, blockchain and NFT space is a plus.
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

You will 📲

• Define and implement the strategy for building a strong, interactive, and lasting community
• Moderate the discord servers, Twitter, and other social media and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
• Plan and execute drives to cultivate the community’s sense of belonging
• Contribute to the marketing campaigns & activation efforts
• Exchange ideas and collaborate with different functions such as Product, UXR, Marketing, and engineering teams to create innovative and effective solutions
• Oversee content creation including social media, newsletters, and all other materials required to support community engagement
• Find and pursue out-of-the-box strategies for growth

• Organize, manage and oversee community online & offline events ensuring proper community outreach
• Maintain and promote a vibrant community culture
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the user base
• Stay on top of the global Web 3, crypto, and NFT trends
• Report bugs and issues to the Product team
• Actively solve community members' issues by redirecting them to the right stakeholders and collecting feedback and improving the community
