Job Overview:
We seek a proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our technical team and business stakeholders. You'll analyze market trends, define business requirements, and ensure our Blockchain and DeFi offerings meet user needs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Market Analysis and Research:**   - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in DeFi.   - Analyze user behavior and feedback for product development.
2. **Business Requirements:**   - Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.   - Translate business needs into technical specifications.
3. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**   - Utilize data analytics tools to support decision-making.   - Prepare detailed reports and dashboards.
4. **Product Development Support:**   - Collaborate with development teams to align technical solutions with business goals.   - Assist in creating user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
5. **Project Management:**   - Track project progress and manage timelines.   - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
6. **Stakeholder Engagement:**   - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.   - Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in blockchain/web3.
- Understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets.
- Personal experience with staking crypto assets and onchain analysis tools.
- Proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and project management software (Jira, Trello).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience collaborating with teams developing smart contracts or cross-chain blockchain protocols.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Crypto trading experience.
