We created the position of HR Intern (m/f/d) - based on a growing number of talented, bright applicants with prestigious backgrounds. Are you finishing your Bachelor’s or have started your Master’s degree at a renowned university seeking practical experience in the field of HR? 

Contrary to traditional companies, we offer the chance to sit next to some of the most successful serial entrepreneurs in Germany and switch to a fast-growing deep tech and cloud startup. You will work hands-on from day one and contribute to hyper-growth and help solve organizational growth challenges that change frequently. Your closest touchpoints are at C-1 level directly working with our Chief Talent Officer.

What will you do

    • Assist in recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and improving hiring processes
    • Help implement and refine our onboarding procedures to ensure new hires have a seamless integration into our team
    • Participate in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet current and future business needs
    • Provide support in employee relations, including resolving conflicts and offering professional development guidance
    • Contribute to our diversity and inclusion initiatives as well as amazing team events!

What you bring to the table

    • More intelligent than average, a team player, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • An analytical mindset - eager to understand the intricacies of HR operations and proactive in making improvements
    • A strong desire to grow your career in a tech-driven environment at the forefront of cloud and deep tech
    • A digital native who, even without programming skills, is passionate about technology and eager to embrace new tools
    • Previous relevant experience in HR, tech startups, or other dynamic, innovative settings
    • Nearing completion of a BSc or Masters’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field
