As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a community manager to help drive innovative digital campaigns.

Hype Partners is primarily a remote organization with team members spread across the globe, however, the core team is primarily based in Europe.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: 

• Help build brand books for all of our clients’ game projects under the guidance of Senior CM

• Implement the social media / community management strategy for different gaming projects

• Day to day communication with the community (on Discord and/or similar services)

• Implement social media content calendar (plan posts, review competitor content)

• Coordinate with art team for assets used as social media content

• Benchmarking of the competitors on the market and pitching new ideas of communication

• Work directly with the Senior CM to help draft weekly reports on social media post performance, engagement, growth and performance of all channels 

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in this area and background from gaming company

• The experience worked on building DISCORD for a game and successfully

• Very organized, great time management skills, and attention to detail

• Very good level in English in written and spoken

• The person is enjoys playing games and uses Discord on a daily basis

• The person is a positive mindset and can-do attitude
