Aethir, a leading decentralised cloud infrastructure company, is seeking a Community Lead to join our team. As a Community Lead, you will be responsible for building, engaging and growing our community reaching a wider audience. You will work closely with marketing and customer support teams to set strategy, create engaging content and engage with players through social media and community forums.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies
• Build and maintain community content, calendar and schedule
• Plan and moderate community-focused events
• Engage with players by responding to comments and messages
• Foster and manage a network of influencers
• Create content consistent with brand messaging and voice
• Report on metrics, trends and KPIs related to community engagement

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in community management or related roles
• Passion for and strong knowledge of gaming
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating content for social media
• Strong project management and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in key analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience with community management software such as Discord and/or Reddit.
