Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional recruiting policy & processes design and revamping to better support the hiring team;
  • Work directly with recruiting leadership, cross functional teams to determine the priorities around what defines hiring success and drive related programs and initiatives (Eg. Recruiting onboarding program, Pipeline diversity program, Candidate assessment program, Referral programs, and other recruiting initiatives);
  • Designing recruiting policies/guidance that encourage best practice behaviour as well as compliance with legislation;
  • Communicating and executing process changes to a large dispersed international workforce;
  • Staying up to date with recruiting best practice, understanding developments in recruiting technology and applying that knowledge to continually iterate processes for operational efficiency.
    • 8+ years in recruiting, including experience leading recruiting teams or recruitment operations
    • Experience in developing and implementing operational processes, and capabilities to support successful scaling in a high-growth global organization;
    • Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to translate vision into action;
    • Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management;
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguities autonomously.
