Position Summary:

Weare now looking for aProduct Designerwho will help us to turn complicated matters into easy-to-use solutions. As part of the Product team, you’ll design experiences to distill complex concepts into functional interfaces that feel familiar to a global and diverse audience. Our product is aunique blockchain data analytics system,therefore experience with complex data-driven interfaces is essential.

You will build design solutions for SaaS web-based analytics platform:

• Design and maintain a challenging functionality from idea to implementation;
• Identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions, meeting both user needs and business goals;
• Generate and share ideas to enhance the product’s user experience;
• Propose and support documentation for components and design system patterns;
• Confidently explain and defend your design decisions;
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and analytics teams.

Starter kit needed tojoin our Product team:

• 4+ years of experience working as a Product or UI/UX Designer;
• Experience in designing complex web interfaces in B2B, SaaS, CRM-like systems;
• Compelling portfolio, as a clear demonstration of your skills;
• Strong UX skills;
• Experience in product research, collecting and analyzing feedback;
• Solid experience working with Figma or Sketch;
• Confident skills in explaining your decisions in English.

Nice-to-have extras:

• Prior working and understanding of crypto/blockchain technologies is a huge plus;
• Experience designing products for specific areas (fintech, banking, crypto, etc.);
